Share information
In the following we have summarised general share information with regard to dividend and name change.
Definitions:
Wihlborgs – Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB, formerly Wihlborgs Syd AB
Fabege – Fabege AB, formerly Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB.
On 23 May 2005, Wihlborgs' shares were listed on the O List of the Stockholm Stock Exchange. On May 13 2005, Fabege shares were listed under the new name Fabege AB on the O-list Attract 40 of the Stockholm Stock Exchange. (That is until May 12 2005 the shares were listed under Wihlborgs Fastighter AB.)
Fabeges' price of shares included cash dividend as well as a scrip issue of shares in Wihlborgs until 9 May 2005. As from 10 May Fabeges' shares were listed exclusive of cash dividend and issue of shares in Wihlborgs.
New Nordic stock exchange:
A new stock exchange list (the OMX list) applies as of Monday 2 October 2006 and comprises the Stockholm, Helsinki and Copenhagen stock exchanges. This means that the previous share lists A list with the highest turnover, A list others, Attract 40 and O list cease to apply and have been replaced by Nordic Large Cap, Mid Cap and Small Cap. On the Mid Cap and Small Cap, the companies on the list are divided according to the respective domestic stock exchange. In addition to the companies being divided according to size (segment), the listed companies are divided according to industry affiliation. The division follows the international standard Global Industry Classification Standard, GICS.
Newspapers and different websites have chosen to present everything from a complete list according to the above to presenting only the Swedish companies according to the new lists without industrial affiliation.
The share price of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB is given under Midcap Stockholm and with Finance as its industry affiliation.
