The considerable interest in becoming established at Dockan continues, and Wihlborgs has now signed an agreement with the new bank formed further to the merger of the Sparbanken Gripen and Sparbanken Finn savings banks. The total surface covers 2,700 m2, and the bank will gain access to the premises on 1 November 2010.

Dockan, a former industrial district transformed into an attractive neighbourhood, is located in the Västra Hamnen district, with modern commercial premises and residential homes grouped around an inviting marina. The Central Station is very close-by, with rail connections of just 22 minutes to Kastrup airport. The City Tunnel will also open in December 2010, linking Malmö with Trelleborg, Ystad and Copenhagen.
