Wihlborgs adds value in Malmö
Wihlborgs has signed a lease agreement with Axfood Sverige AB for a property on Strömgatan in the north of Malmö. This is where Axfood will be opening a cash and carry covering 5,500 m2. The premises are currently used as a warehouse and will be rebuilt on behalf of Axfood. The agreement is for ten years and will run from 1 May 2010.
“We are adding value to our property stock by converting a warehouse to retail premises. At Strömgatan Axfood will have a new, fresh cash and carry with a strategic location next to Malmö’s approach roads,” says Anders Jarl CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter.
