Wihlborgs has acquired the office property Scandinavian Center located in the centre of Malmö at Universitetsholmen. The vendor is Skanska Öresund. The property has a lettable area of 8,000 sq.m offices and shops. The acquisition is a company deal with a property value of SEK 250 million. The yield is estimated at 5,8 per cent during the first year and the possession will take place in September 2008.

– Wihlborgs already owns a number of properties in the Western Harbour and along Norra Vallgatan. By purchasing Scandinavian Center we add another modern office property to our main sub-market and located at the entrance of the Citytunnel Station, says Anders Jarl CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB.
