Wihlborgs has acquired the property Spännbucklan 9 in Fosie for SEK 68 million. The acquisition will take place in company form. The site area is approximately 28,000 m2 and the building contains 6,800 m2 effective high bay storage and offices. The property is fully let to Scandinavian Cosmetics AB on a 10-year lease.
It will be taken into possession immediately.
”The acquisition further strengthens our position in Fosie where Wihlborgs is the leading property company”, says CEO Anders Jarl of Wihlborgs Fastigheter. “We now have an efficient, modern storage property with a yield of approximately 8.5%."
A previous company transaction involved properties outside Wihlborgs' core areas.
These were sold in October. The properties are in Kristianstad, Tingsryd and Älmhult. Those in Kristianstad and Tingsryd have already been vacated, while the transaction in Älmhult is subject to a legally binding decision as the municipality is the buyer. The property is expected to be vacated before the year-end. The total sale price for the three properties is SEK 13.5 million.
“We are pleased to now leave the last property outside our principal locations," concludes Anders Jarl.
