Wihlborgs has signed a 5-year lease agreement with the National Swedish Board of Health and Welfare at Neptun 6. The building is located in the corner of Norra Vallgatan/Slottsgatan/Västergatan in central Malmö. The National Swedish Board of Health and Welfare will lease 3 floors, the area is 2,300 sq m and the lease cost will be SEK 1,900 per sq m. Possession will take place as of 1 December 2009.

“A few days ago the former tenant, the National Courts Administration, inaugurated their new office in Malmö. We are therefore pleased since we have already rented out the major part of the building to a new stable tenant,” says Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter.

” We can see that the lease market remains strong in the Öresund region and that lease costs have not fallen by comparison with 2008,” concluded CEO Anders Jarl.
