Wihlborgs has signed a lease agreement with FOJAB Arkitekter on the remaining office spaces at Skrovet 5 located on Stora Varvsgatan/Hallenborgs gata in Malmö. The premises will cover approximately 2,000 m2 and the lease cost will be SEK 2,100/m2. The building is currently being constructed and is expected to be ready for occupation in October 2009.
“FOJAB will lease the top two floors of the building which means that all office premises are now leased out. All that remains are small shop areas on the ground floor. ÅF has already signed a lease agreement for the rest of the office space,” says Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter.
FOJAB Arkitekter currently has offices in Malmö and Lund. The company employs 85 people and is thus the largest firm of architects in the south of Sweden.
