Wihlborgs repurchases own shares
Yesterday evening, after closure of the stock exchange, Wihlborgs Fastigheter repurchased 1,000,000 shares for the rate of SEK 85. This means that our current possession is 2,214,350 shares. The total of registered shares in Wihlborgs amounts to 38,428,364.
― We are repurchasing our own properties with a yield of 8 per cent, it’s difficult to find any cheaper properties, says Anders Jarl CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter.
― Our strong key ratio and adequate liquidty was of course a condition for the transaction, continues Anders Jarl.
