Wihlborgs has sold the property Runristaren 1 in Helsingborg. The property is situated close to the southern city entrance of Helsingborg and has recently undergone a major rebuilding. The area comprises 7,300 sq.m. of retail premises, of which the largest area is rented by City Gross. The sale price is SEK 110 million, the sale is a company transaction and the purchaser is Aberdeen Property Investors. The purchaser will take possession of the property on July 1 2008. Catella has been the adviser through the transaction.

– During the recent years we, together with our tenant, has converted the property into a modern and efficient trading facility, says Anders Jarl CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB. Since Wihlborgs is specialized in offices and warehouse facilities and owns few trading facilities, we considered Runristaren 1 ready to be sold, finishes Anders Jarl.

The selling price will exceed the accumulated acquisition value by SEK 49m.
