Wihlborgs sells in Malmö
Wihlborgs has sold the office property Sqvalperup 12 to Fastighets AB Malmö City. The building is located in central Malmö and it comprises of 6,000 sq.m. offices.
“We have chosen to dispose the property Sqvalperup 12 because it is an older building from the 1920-ies. The tenants will henceforth be well taken care of as the new owner is a competent and long-term investor” says Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB.
The sales price is SEK 170 million, exceeding the market valuation at the year-end by SEK 15 million. The sale is a company transaction and date of possession is September 1st 2010.
