Wihlborgs sells property in Lund and Helsingborg
Wihlborgs has subdivided and sold part of Postterminalen 1, located in the Sockerbruks district of Lund. The subdivided part contains housing development rights, and the date of possession is 1 September 2010. The existing building on the property is situated in the part that Wihlborgs will retain.
In Helsingborg, the Värjan 9 property at Berga has been sold. The date of possession was 1 May 2010.
The total sum obtained for the two properties amounts to SEK 69 million, which exceeds the valuation made at the beginning of the year by SEK 15 million.
“In line with actively improving our property portfolio value, we have amended the planning of part of the Postterminalen 1 property to include housing development rights. In view of that we do not operate within housing, we are now ready to sell this part. We will retain the office building,” says Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB. “We have sold the Värjan 9 property at Berga to the owner of the neighbouring property, who needed greater space.”
