Wihlborgs has sold four properties for SEK 75 million. The total area comprises 8,300 sq.m. In Malmö city the property Oscar 4 was sold to Fastighets AB Malmö City and Altona 5 as well as Altona 22 to Fastighets AB Trianon. In Hässleholm the property Macken 12-14 was sold to Hässleholms kommun. The sales are company transactions. The purchasers will take possession of the properties on June 16 (Oscar 4) , July 31 (Altona 5 and 22) and July 1, 2009 (Macken 12-14).

– The three real estates in Malmö are smaller and does not quite fit into Wihlborgs’ property portfolio. And Hässleholm doesn’t belong to our priority markets, says Anders Jarl CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB. The time felt ready to sell the properties when three seriously interested prospective buyers turned up and in all it was a good business for all parties.

The sales are in line with the external market evaluation at the year-end and total invested capital in the properties are SEK 58 million.
