Wihlborgs sells
Wihlborgs has sold three properties for SEK 112,5 million. The total area comprises 6,000 sq.m. The selling price exceeds the external market evaluation at the previous year-end with SEK 20 million.
In Malmö City the residential property Erik Menved 38 has been converted to tenant-owned apartments. In Helsingborg City the office property John Ericsson was sold and in Svedala an undeveloped site was disposed. The sales are company transactions and will be accounted for in the fourth quarter.
“The sales shows that the transaction market in the Öresund region have started again”, says Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB. There are buyers in the market and the selling price shows that levels have begun to rise.
Wihlborgs has no apartments left in Malmö as a result of the sale of Erik Menved.
