Wihlborgs is expanding and starts three construction projects in the north of Helsingborg.
At Väla Södra, Rubinen 1, Wihlborgs constructs a new building of 8,500 m² including warehouse and office spaces. The entire property is leased by Bergaterminalen, a family business active in shipping, logistics and warehousing.
Nearby at Berga, Hillebarden 1, a construction will cover 3,900 m2 of retail and showroom premises for e.g. the company Lindströms Bad & Kakel. In the same area two new wings will be added to the property Kroksabeln 20, with a total of 4,400 m2 retail and warehouse premises. Tenants include among others Netlease and Carspekt.
The total project investment is SEK 175 million which will generate a yield of 8.5 per cent. The tenants take possession during summer/autumn of 2012.
