Region Skåne is moving to Dockan
An office block is being constructed for Region Skåne at Dockan. The building will be on six floors and the façade will comprise brick and glass. The building is U-shaped and has in inner atrium courtyard. Below the building there is a two-storey garage with room for 140 cars.
Both we at Wihlborgs and Region Skåne are making an additional environmental investment here. The buildings are a green building project which means that energy consumption is no less than 25% lower than what is demanded by the National Board of Housing, Building and Planning.
